Internal Multi-Agent Research Platform

Built an internal deep-research platform at Inspire11 to give teams reusable, agentic research capabilities for faster and more structured analysis.

What I led

Designed and built a full agentic stack, deployed on AWS and exposed for internal company use.

Stack

Agentic workflow orchestrationTavily search APIs/endpointsDeep-research APIs/endpoints12 custom agents for information sufficiency and workflow controlAWS-hosted deploymentLocal and cloud resource integration

Highlights

  • Built an internal deep-research platform used across the company.
  • Implemented a multi-agent architecture with 12 custom agents for orchestration and quality gating.
  • Added file/template handling and endpoint integrations for structured research output generation.
  • Deployed and operated the solution on AWS for internal accessibility.
  • Needed to balance local resource usage with hosted/cloud execution paths.
  • Reliability and quality controls for multi-agent decisions required custom orchestration.
  • Internal adoption is meaningful but moderate in raw volume due to narrow user base (small BD team).

Outcomes

  • Established a reusable internal agentic research capability adopted across teams.
  • Platform is actively used internally as a major initiative within the company.
  • Improved internal ability to run structured deep-research workflows with reusable templates and agent controls.
  • Platform serves approximately 10 users in the BD/research context.
  • Approximately 90 research reports were generated over the past 3 months.
  • Positive user acceptance and recurring feedback loops indicate the tool is considered essential for project kickoff workflows.
